Your satisfaction is very important to me at Black Sand Designs. If you have questions about custom, semi-custom, or customizable pieces, I would be happy to answer them before you place an order. Contact me here.
If you are unhappy with a purchase, please get in touch with me within 10 days after the receipt of the items before returning your purchase.
* Custom and personalized items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or credit
* Orders outside of the US and Canada are FINAL SALES, with no refund/exchange
* Item must be unworn in the original condition.
* Item must be mailed back (postmarked) within a week after contacting me.
* There will be a restocking fee if the item is not returned in the above-mentioned timeframe and only store credit will be issued.
* Shipping fee is non-refundable
* Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance for the return, exchange, or repair.
RESIZING - Ring sizes are either indicated in each listing or is made-to-order to the size provided by you. Please make sure the size you provided is correct. If you are not sure, visit a couple of local jewelers to get an accurate size. I also carry a reusable ring sizer that I recommend and you can read about ring sizing here. I would be happy to resize a ring that you purchased for an additional fee depending on the style of the ring.
